Our Policy

Appointment

 Late: Please contact us if you are running late for your appointment. If no notice is given, your appointment will be automatically rescheduled to the next available time or canceled after 15 minutes of delay. 

No show: 

  • After 2 no-shows, appointments can only be made over the phone. Online booking will no longer be available. 
  • After 3 no-shows, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to provide services.

Group: For groups of 4 or more, a deposit of $30 is required to secure the appointment.

Service Sastisfaction

 Please inform us immediately if you are not satisfied during the service. Our team is committed to making adjustments and ensuring the results meet your expectations. If you would like to change the color or design after the service is finished, an additional fee will be applied. 

Repair

 We offer a 10-day no - cost repair guarantee for gel polish, dip powder, Gel-X, gel builder, poly gel, and acrylic gel services. if the product chips, lifts, or breaks within 10 days of the original service. 

Refund

 No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed. If there are concerns with a service, please notify the salon immediately so adjustments can be made during the visit. 

Giftcard

  •  Gift card must be presented at the time of redemption.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Other

  • For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult during the service.
  • Only service animals are allowed in the salon.
  • The salon is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Please keep valuables with you and secure personal belongings during services.
  • The salon reserves the right to deny service to any customer in situations where:
    • Behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate.
    • Health or safety concerns may arise (contagious, open wound, infection area...)
    • Policies and guidelines are not followed.
